Build v1.0 - It's all good as long as it is inside the case Lol
Got lucky with the 9700K from micro center and won the silicon lottery. Rock solid 5GHz @ 1.248V and 0 AVX offset
I was able to run cinebench r15 back to back with 5.2GHz @ 1.36v and validate it on cpu-z https://valid.x86.fr/6eemzv
Not so lucky with the 1080 and couldn't push over 2000MHz without crashing on Heaven. Mind you that the temperature is high because i forgot the fan was set to 800rpm on a 30C day.
Got to a stable 15-16-34-1T 3GHz on the 2666 ballistix Elite with D9RGG chips @ 1.35V
The phantom is a solid overclocker, but asrock custumer support is utter garbage. Should have gone with the strix in the first place.
Expensive? Yeah. Worth it? Absolutely!
It is essentially a GTX 1080 FE V1 block from bitspower, minus the RGB led and the backplate (that i don't need).
Alphacool radiators might come with a insane amount of flux residue on the inside from the factory, but it's impossible to deny their performance capability. Not to mention they were the first ones to put fin guard under the radiator screw holes.
24/7
A constant WIP. v1.15 The Touchaqua 1080 Block, Alphacool ST30 radiators and more bitspower fittings arrived! Some planing for the loop expansion is ongoing and I'm still waiting for the NB-Eloop B12-PS fans to arrive from the UK.
v1.10 The Z390 Phantom ITX M.2 slots decided to stop working and since asrock end user warranty is utter garbage, it imediatly got replaced with the Strix Z390I.
v1.00 -Right now I have a GTX 1080 ACX with the Hybrid kit installed from when i was using the silverstone FT03. -The custom loop for the 9700K is based on the swiftech H280 X3 Prestige DIY Kit, bitspower fittings and EK ZMT tubing. 5.2GHz @ 1.360V 10770 points at FSE on the daily 5GHz overclock
Color(s): Black
RGB Lighting? Yes
Theme: none
Cooling: Custom Liquid Cooling
Size: Micro-ATX
Type: General Build
Build Updates
Out with the garbage, in with the new stuff

Water Cooling upgrade incoming!
Adding even more Taiwanese seasoning to the build :D
I bought a bunch of new fittings and a touchaqua GTX 1080 block directly from Bitspower. But just like any other build you'll either didn't buy a fitting you didn't knew you need and/or bought some that you don't need.
