Sold My Soul To Corsair
My first build and do-everything PC featuring almost entirely Corsair parts.
I'm an undergraduate computer engineering major so my primary purpose for this build is my coursework which mostly involves programming, circuit design, etc. Also of course for gaming when I have time. It's a bit overkill for what I need really but I mostly did it intentionally to be future proofed as I have been planning to get more into some video editing and possibly some streaming if I can find time between classes.
I opted to go with a more solid color scheme rather than RGB because I'm a simple man and RGB is just too flashy for me.
The inspiration came from a combination of talking with coworkers about their builds and watching A LOT of videos from techtubers like Linus, JayzTwoCents, BitWit, Paul's Hardware, etc.
Of course, I'm far from finished with this though. I have plans to eventually downsize to a mid tower case, switch out all fans for Corsair Mag Levs, upgrade to either an 850W or 1000W PSU, and will soon be swapping out my EVGA GTX 1080 for an Asus RTX 2080.
