I've been working on this machine since about February of last year. Making a few tweaks here and there, never really being satisfied.
I think it's finally there...maybe... ... ...
Hopefully this will hold me up for a while now, and I won't get the urge to make anymore upgrades, as it's slowly burning a big hole in my wallet...lol
The CPU is OC'd to 4.7GHz all cores. It can run at 5.0GHz just fine, but no need for the extra heat for the minimal performance gain; maybe if I decide to de-lid the CPU I will run it at 5.0 GHz.
Use case: Gaming and productivity.
UPDATES:
(09/21/2019) Gave the EVGA FTW3 1080Ti to my little brother and replaced it with the ASUS ROG Strix 2080 Super Advanced.
(06/17/2020) Switched form Samsung single monitor to dual LG 27GL850-B monitors.
(06/21/2020) Added the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 surround speakers for better sound when gaming and listening to music (they sound amazing by the way).
(07/29/2020) Swapped out EVGA Supernova G3 1000W PSU with Corsair HX1000i 1000W PSU. The EVGA PSU fan was the loudest fan in my system. Now it's much quieter (almost dead silent) with the Corsair PSU since the fan won't spin unless you push it to around 400W-500W of power usage.
