I updated the build replacing the 3 EKWB Vardar 120 fans with Noctua NF-A12x25 and adding an EKWEB PE240 and D5 140Res combo. Amazing low noise results, there is now just a low deep hum, the fans themselves are barely audible, most of the noise is from the turbulence of the air. The pump DDC3.2 PWN was also replaced with a D5 PWM because the DDC pump was louder. With the DDC at 3200RPM, it was similar to the D5 at 4400RPM with noise. The PE 240mm radiator was added for more surface area, with the lone XE360 there was much more heat from a smaller surface area for heat dissipation.

Almost final, some fittings did not work due to some clearance issues, need to get extension. Installed for now with one flexible tube. CPU LED which came with the water block is not RGB enabled, its just a static white LED, I may pull it.
RGB fans, and LED strips all around, so you can see the flexible tube.
GPU waterblock and motherboard monoblocks.
