I've been building PC's on and off since AMD's Athlon, no not the recent ones but the Athlon's of yore when they used Slot A connectors to the motherboard ~1999. I started getting back into it in 2010 creating Hackentoshes skipping all windows OSes since Win98 and jumping back in to Windows 10 in 2015.

I'm also a huge Apple fan and have and have had many macOS and iOS devices.
