I built this for a close friend of mine. After seeing my Iron Man build, she asked if I'd be willing to build a new rig for her. This is the result.
She's a Wonder Woman fan and wanted a color scheme similar to the WW84 poster (blue, gold, red, green).
This is my first try at a wall-mount build.
It's an aluminum sheet over MDF. The aluminum has blue metal-flake paint sprayed over it. I had both the aluminum and MDF cut to size then I cut out all the access holes myself. I hand-made the grommets from felt (but I wish I had used rubber sheets instead). I fabricated a couple of the braces, etc.
I used a VESA TV mount and bolted the supports directly to the back of the frame.
I was going for parallel tubing, but the GPU tubes sag more than I like, so I'll be fixing that at some point.
I hand-made the CPU, MB, and GPU cables from scratch, again, with Teleios sleeving.
I absolutely loved building this machine. It took 3 times as long as my last build, but it was so much more satisfying/fun. I can't wait to do another
