Day 1 of build project dragon ball. Putting all cleaned out parts and new bought Parts together.
03-05 - last build day - preparing for leak testing.
Today is the last day that I will be working on the computer. Today I will also start testing for leaks inside the loop. This will be tested with distilled water before I use the EK-Cryofuel Solid fire orange coolant from EKWB. The coolant will arrive in the near future and then after leak testing. I will show the final version of the computer.
Picture may change, because there is a lot of light shining on the computer.
03-05 Leak testing system
I am currently testing the computer for leaks. After 2, almost 3 days of cleaning up all the computer parts, I was still amazed how many times I had to fill and rinse the loop. To finally remove any remaining green liquid from the system.
Now all the remaining liquid is out and it contains only distilled water to test the computer for leaks. Also to be prepared for the orange liquid that goes into the computer tomorrow.
04-05 First boot-up.
Today i did a boot-up with the system. The build is not finished yet. The red cables Will be replaced by white 8+6 pin cables. But they are not available at the moment, so i have to wait a little. Also the memory on the motherboard gets an cablemod memory modding kit white version with Orange light bars.
Stay tuned for the next update. When the other white cables arrive i will redo the cable management.
07-05 - Light bar RAM modding
Installed the Cablemod memory modding kit, with the Orange light bars. In the night, there will follow a couple night shots.
14-05 - FurMark CPU & GPU stress test
Did some stress tests today to check when the computer is under full load if it would get hot or not!
