The Razer Huntsman Elite's Opto-Mechanical switches feel and sound great. The magnetic removable RGB wrist-wrest is quite the head-turner. Pictured, you can also see the Nari Ultimate, which has been my daily driver for PC gaming.
My night-time setup is handled from a Corsair Strafe RGB with the Cherry MX silent switches. Looks great and is probably the quietest mechanical keyboard of its type. Furthermore, I added o-rings to further dampen the sound, which allows me to work and game all night long, without waking anybody up, which is quite important when you often work through the night.
