My new daily driver. This spectacular case was designed by @yuel_beast and has a wonderful industrial modern aesthetic. I thought its great lines would really match a Corten Steel look and I'm glad I took the plunge.
First I had to strip original the paint off (Which was hard because the original paint job was excellent). Then spray with Vinegar, Salt and Hydrogen Peroxide. Finally a few layers of satin clear coat.
Specs. Asrock Z390m ITX/AC. Intel 8700k (harvested from my previous build) Noctua C14s, Noctua Chromax 1500rpm fans, HyperX RGB Low Profile DDR4 RAM, Corsair SF600, cables I made myself. MSI Aero RTX 2070.
Leaving the motherboard IO plate off was a great idea. Enhances the industrial look and there is plenty of air flow out through that area.
The Noctua C14s was tricky. If you want to have the pipes vertical you need a GPU with a back plate because the tips of the heatpipes touch the back of the GPU. With the MSI Aero cards, The GTX cards (1660 etc) don't come with a back plate unlike the RTX cards. I also had to swap out the Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB with lower profile HyperX RAM because the Corsair RAM is too tall, (for dual fan config). Finally, with this ASRock motherboard, you can't orient the C14 sideways like you might be able to on some other ITX boards as the heatsink interferes with the IO side of the case.
Proud of my cables. Multimeter tested before I turned anything on.
