I was in the process of building my younger son a PC for his music composition and gaming. As we were picking out parts, I was surprised (but happy) to hear him tell me he wanted a custom loop, I agreed, but there was a price . . . and that price was he would help me build it. He originally wanted to use a distro plate because he had seen hundreds of 011 Dynamics with distro plates. I denied him and told him we would build his custom loop the old fashioned way, by bending hardline tubing and making up our runs. This was actually an opportunity to show him how to bend, the patience and creativity one needs to produce a custom loop.
I've included some pics of his 1st attempt at a 90 degree bend. I could go on and on about our bickering and the times he tested my patience, but he did learn a lot. Enjoy the build, I sure did!
