H500P radiator monster
Just because you can doesn't mean you should!

- Build time: Very early 2018.
- History behind the build: When i first saw the H500P i had one idea. 200x400mm radiators! Then Cooler master said it wouldn't fit. Well screw cooler master, i just took it as a Challenge. So i MADE a 200x400mm radiator fit. This is the result. It replaced my earlier Amber drop V2", but i'd argue it represents a significant downgrade in visual quality. All it does better is having more/bigger radiators.
- What kind of custom work went into it: The case was extensively modified to make room for the radiator obviously. Beyond that i also messed up the PSU shroud to adapt it for the radiator. Quite invasive modifications if you ask me. The components are (obviously) watercooled, and the CPU got delidded.
- What i'd like to improve if it were today: EVERYTHING! The idea of fitting a 200x400mm radiator in that case is inherently flawed from what i can tell. And if you can't fit that rad, why even bother with that case? So quite simply i wouldn't build it again! And that's before considering the attrocious work on the PSU shroud and the reservoir mounting!
