Why is a raven like a writing desk

This build is my attempt at making a stand for my wacom cintiq 13hd with a built in PC. Its fuctional but it been nearly 20 years since the last time I tried my hand at woodworking (MDF working) and boy does it show EmojiI roughly based the idea on the old Victorian writing lap desks.
