The Phanteks Menace

This build was put together quickly as a budget 1080p computer for resale. I found an old computer on Craigslist that was being sold for $70 that came with: CPU, cooler, motherboard, ram, and power supply. That's basically half the computer for $70 so I picked it up right away. Everything else was pretty easy to find locally for standard prices. I added two red led strips and a cheap SSD to finish off the build.

The CPU was easily overclocked to 4.0ghz. I'm pretty sure with this motherboard I could've got higher, but didn't want to push it due to stability concerns for the next user. Overall the temps stayed below 60c while gaming and probably would've been better if I added 2 exhaust fans in the case. I really like this EVGA motherboard and wish I could keep it around. It has some lighting and even an error code display.

Really happy with this build and it sold pretty quickly. First gen core i5's are still incredible value for Fortnite gaming machines and I'll keep buying them up for cheap and overclocking them for fun.
