The complete build for now. My Bose Soundlink Mini 2 fits nicely under the monitor. And my height-adjustable table is able to handle the weight nicely.
Them sexy interior.
The H500i is a beautiful case with no unnecessary details, fitting me and my style very well.
Z390-F struck a good balance between Z390-H and E.
The brains installed!
Kraken X62 -seriously the sexiest AIO I was able to find.
That huge radiator will be nice for some overclocking.
Finally getting things into the case. It was a bit of a challenge in a mid-tower, but the cable management is second to none. I also mounted the tubing wrong, which was promptly corrected.
GPU installed. Maybe a tiny bit too long as it's covering the cable shroud. Those ugly default cables will be white CableMod pros soon.
Time for some memory as well. White Corsair RGB pros to suit the case.
SSDs connected, and Mr. RTX is posing before installation.
Cable management is lovely in the H500i, but the insanely long and unwieldy PSU cables will be swapped out soon, then I will redo the cable management.
Good signs when UEFI turns up!
Windows being installed onto the 500GB EVO 970 M.2.
All stuff inside, tempered glass back on.
Everything ready for assembly!

As my first build, it needed to be stylish yet on a level I could comprehend. No extreme modding, but I really appreciate the clean look of the NZXT H500i. My budget was for a mix between clean aesthetics (with RGB) and power, so I went for the latest gen components - 9th gen Core i7 (OC'd to 5GHz) and RTX 2070 (OC'd to 2050MHz).
I hate the look of huge CPU fans in the middle of the build, so an AIO water cooler was a must. I also splurged on the PSU (80+ Titanium), as I want as little waste of energy as possible. With the clean solution, I wanted only one monitor, so BenQ's 35" 1440p UWQHD monitor was the perfect fit.
I've ordered nicer cables from CableMod that I'm waiting for, and eventually I'll also swap out the standard case fans, as well as add more SSDs (no HDDs allowed in this build, I want it to be as quiet as possible). More RAM will also be added later, but since the Kraken X62's tubing gets in the way, I am going to have to turn it upside down and mod the NZXT logo so it's right-way up. Soon I will also add RGB strips to the back of my desk and RGB lighting to the surroundings, courtesy of Philips Hue. The desk itself is an Elfen Ergodesk 140cm.
