I got a late in life start on building a PC but have found it profoundly satisfying with hopes of possibly building for a living in the near future. I started with a cheapo Walmart PC some years ago and was an avid WoWer back in the days of vanilla. The first 2 pieces I bought were an EVAG 660 OC with 3GB on-board and a Corsair CSM 750 Gold PSU. This dramatically improved my game performance and I was hooked. Purchases have been picked up when they could be afforded and I now have a pretty solid build, rated 7.6 on the WEI.
