With the ability to print on two separate films, UV DTF printers deliver stunning, long-lasting stickers enhanced by UV light curing. The process starts by printing vibrant color and varnish inks on the base film, cured instantly by UV lamps within the printer. Using a laminator, the base film is bonded with a backing film for structural support. The stickers can then be transferred to various surfaces by peeling the base film, pressing firmly, and removing the backing film. This method excels in sticker production but cannot be applied to fabrics.
