I love this case, it's a perfect blend of industrial design with a great deal of flexibility for components. What I mean is the exterior of the case looks beautifully minimalistic, and the layout of the interior is cleverly adjustable.
The exterior of the Slate-Case AQ is slick with its industrial design. Using thick, smooth aluminum, beautifully bent to wrap around its top and bottom with an elegantly simple perforation pattern in the front and rear panels. The quality of the materials utilized for the exterior are in a league of their own, and the interior is no different.
The interior of the case, its layout and functionality is sophisticated. The spine of the case is on a rail system that allows adjustments to variable placements on its Y axis. I've never seen something like this before. What this means is, you can slide and lock the spine of the case closer to the front panel, or if you'd like, shift it back to the rear of the case, or even park it any spot in between. I found this adjustability extremely helpful, this unique case feature allows you to adapt your build around a plethora of radiators sizes and fan configurations.
This case is beautiful, compact, smart, durable, and easy to build into.. It checks all the boxes...
