My game room is also an active work shop. i used to have an open air case, so the basic fan on the GPU and the 240mm rad for my CPU was perfectly fine. but i decided i didnt like the chances of stuff making there way into the PC via the open air case design. So i purchased a View 27 from Thermaltake. I soon found out that the GPU is flush against the window of the case, causing it to distort the acrylic and fog it up. so i chopped a window out, but its also in a cabinet. and that was causing heat, so the cabinet itself got a 200mm TT fan. But even that still wasnt pushing out enough fans. i then added as many fans as i could (Base case comes with 3 fans on the front 1 on the back, added 2 fans to the back of the rad and 1 below it where the case bottom met the power supply top. then STILL it wasnt doing it. finnally i dropped the stock RTX cooler and replaced it with an AIO cooler from TT and the Kraken G12 modified to fit my 2060.
