Client Build Aug 2019

This pc build came into my workstation and it was in bad shape. Words can’t describe what i have seen in this one.

The owner of this pc has been struggled to get his PC for over 10 months from a shop located in Cyprus. They made his custom pc build experience the worst buying/purchasing experience someone could go through. He has been returning his pc back to that shop more than 10 times due to work issues. Every time they needed a part he waited more than 2 weeks, every time they were missing something, the same story goes again and again. Spending more than 600 euros on labor costs, new liquids due to system disassembly and assembly. I am really struggling to describe exactly what he has been through.

Scratched Case
Wrong dimension radiator screws (longer), passing through the radiator and damaging the fins
Damaged radiator fins due to bad usage of tools
Wrong screw thread damaging the internal thread
Worst cable management could someone get
Multicolor fittings (nickel, black nickel, violet)
Overheated bends, bends probably without silicone insert
Leftovers from previous liquids
They lost fittings o-rings and they replaced them with incompatible ones.

The owner came to me desperate refusing to pay extra cost to get his pc fixed, tired from all this and the whole buying experience. After we had a discussion and explanation by my side, finally he lets his pc at my workstation and I promised him that after 7 days he will get what he was supposed to. A professional treatment. If you are still reading this that means you are curious enough to take a look at how it was before and how this pc left my workstation!

Enjoy!
