It wouldn't be a stock cooling showdown without a stock cooler! The system more or less as it was pulled from the dump.
Had to cut out a piece of the hard drive cage to fit the gtx 960 (260 mm card!) in the 1st slot.
Look at that cable management! Who needs access to the back panel to have the build look clean?
Proof of overclocks. System tested stable after 1 hr in prime95 blend test.
Please pardon the missing cover plate. If you recognize the case, I would love to know what it is (QA stamp from jan 10 2011)
Overclocker's Delight
System originally found at the dump! As soon as I saw Asus P55 I knew I was in love. Replaced original PSU (380W Earthwatts Green), GPU (8400 GS), and Cooler (Intel Stock w/ Copper!) and added in an SSD to end up with a nice little overclocker for under $100.
