Another budget build!

So one of my friends wanted a computer for a long while.
But didnt have the money to buy one.

Soo with some ebay help again made her a nice little PC.
And gave it as a present.

BUT THEN!

I tested it out completely and worked fine.
When she brought it home however the USB ports started to randomly disconnect and re connect at random moments.

I have it sort of under control now by disabling the power management options on the USB devices in windows device manager.
But it still happens with sometimes. (please let me know if anyone knows how to solve this ;-;)
