Color Splash v2

After having used and upgraded my original Color Splash over the years I have decided to basically give it a fresh new start. All components (with the exception of the SSDs) are all brand new.
I did originally carry over the 3090, but it has traveled back into the OG Color Splash before posting the build on here.
