Silverado
This is an updated customer build from December 2020. The build was only 3/4 completed, with temporary hardline runs, when I turned it over to him because he needed it to finish his 2020 year end projects. The build was incomplete because we didn’t have a GPU, so I lent him a spare 1080ti. After almost 7-months, he was finally able to get his 3000 series (3080 Ti) GPU using EVGA notifications.
With all parts in hand, I had a few days to complete the upgrade, it was a very tight schedule; I needed to drain, tear down, clean hardware and redesign the runs. After all of this glamourous work was finished, I transferred the guts of the build to a test bench with the 3080 Ti to perform driver updates and tested the GPU before putting it in a block and building the loop. Everything worked out of the box and he was ecstatic on how the completed build looked and performed.
