Bought for a total of ~300€ with separately bought used components. Minus the case. I overpaid for that. Ye.

MODS:
CPU is at 4.40GHz @ 1.12 Vcore - ran 1h of IBT@High with no crashes. Max temp. = 72°C (Completely unrealistic load)
Under reasonable loads such as Cinebench R15 or AIDA64, max temp was 65°C, while cpu fan is completely silent.
RX480 is bios flashed to RX580 and slightly under-clocked with a custom fan curve for better temps,
Added case thermometer (see pic),
I also made a custom VRM cooling solution (see pic),
Made a simple switch to turn off top mounted fans for less noise and light.
