I'm super excited about Cyberpunk 2077 since the E3 teaser back in 2013. And after watching the trailer and the 48 minute gameplay footage multiple times, I decided to build a cyberpunkish PC.
After eyeballing for components for a while, I finally decided to get some discounted parts during Black Friday. My plan was to wait until CES in hopes that AMD will drop the third Ryzen generation and maybe a new GPU kinda went down the drain, because having 60% of a working PC kind of sucks. So I decided to get a cheaper CPU and GPU, some RGB RAM and a high quality motherboard until AMD announces their new stuff hopefully during CES (which they didn't), so I can upgrade eventually.
Last month I finally got to work on the Cyberpunk 2077 logo. I bought a sheet of acrylic glass of ebay, printed out the logo and tried to grind it with a Dremel after watching dozens of youtube videos for acrylic LED signs.
I know I could have gotten a PC with the same performance for probably half the price but I focused heavily on the looks (and upgradeability), which I honestly don't regret.
