The base part of the MOSFET is made of pure copper with nickel plating.
CNC machining only, before surface treatment.
Since the acrylic cover also has cutting marks, wet/dry sandpapers and acrylic polish are used to increase the transparency.
The block surface is polished with wet/dry sandpapers and abrasives.
The surface must be polished before the nickel plating process, otherwise the polishing marks will appear on the plating, so the surface treatment must be done carefully.

The water cooling block is installed on the X300 motherboard to check the clearance.
Initially based on the A300, only the CPU was completed with water cooling.
After that, I made a MOSFET block and added an M.2 water cooling block, and changed the MB to X300.
I compared the size with the stock case of the A300.
Mini-STX LiquidCooled Mod (Asrock Deskmini X300)
I created a Liquid-cooled PC for Mini-STX.
Since the existing DeskMini has no space for a radiator or pump, I have created a case and a dedicated pump reservoir.
I also created a WaterBlock to cool the X300's MOSFETs since they generate a lot of heat.
The case is made of steel and only the front panel is made of black anodized aluminum.
The reservoir is made of CNC machined acrylic.
The base of the MOSFET WaterBlock is machined from pure copper and nickel plated. The top section is CNC machined as well as the reservoir.
