The time came to upgrade quite a few bits in the build so decided to tear the old stuff out and start from scratch. This was spurred on as been wanting to upgrade motherboard for a while and when i finally pulled the trigger on a ROG Crosshair VIII Formula X570, typically a few other bits caught my eye and it kind of spiralled from there.
Upgrades were: ROG Crosshair VIII Formula x570, 32gb Corsair Dominator 3600mhz (CL14), Corsair XC5 cpu block, x9 lian li static pressure fans (push/pull front and 3 up top), Coolermaster 4.0 riser cable, custom sleeved psu cables, extended EK res with multiport top and mixed up custom coolant colour (turns purple, blue, pink depending on light hitting it).
From past experience i knew one thing i had to add was dual drain ports as always suffered with the front rad getting half the system empty then stopping unless tips it around ALOT for a quite a while.
Having the front rad (Corsair XR7 54mm) mounted with exits at the bottom now allowed me to put a drain on each exit as these are both the lowest points. First drains the res, front rad and most of the top rad but always left with alot of fluid in the GPU/CPU sections as cannot pass up and down the rad. The 2nd drains the GPU/CPU section and almost fully empties the entire loop now with very little effort. Hid both under custom shroud made up for this case so nice have options there without being an eyesore.
I have always taken pride in builds done but this one was special and really took my time making sure happy with everything and no rushing to get it done, wanted it right, not quick.
Very proud of this and happy to share it with you all at last
