Primary purpose is Autodesk Maya, Cinema4D and Redshift, Octane and Arnold render.

Been using this iteration of a build for a while, some changes in the works on the way.
Not a fan of the Tomahawk board, its mostly good, but doesn't do so well on power delivery for overclocking.
Managed to overclock to 4.99Ghz on all cores, even got it to 5.1 but my USB ports started to go, so brought it back down to 4.7Ghz to draw less power. Sigh should have gotten a better board...
Will need a beffier build at some point as Redshift/Arnold rendering work starts to ramp up, but waiting to see if Z399 actually comes out or maybe go Threadripper 3, if AMD/Microsoft works out the scheduler issues.
I did have the 2990WX for a while and it was nice, Coreprio helped, but decided to wait and make do with this system for now till some better hardware comes on the market.
Titan Xps because the extra VRAM does matter for loading textures into a scene.
