This was a long-awaited Christmas gift to myself after my old system died a few years ago. I only had an $800 budget for this build, so I made the most of the Black Friday and holiday deals across multiple websites and vendors to get what I felt was the best bang-for-buck system with good aesthetics. Some things were decided well ahead of the time- primarily an all-AMD setup and a color scheme that brings to mind lava within an icy glacial chamber, inside the Meshify C case, which I've been wanting ever since it was released.
I got very lucky with the silicon lottery, as my Ryzen 5 1600 keeps a 4.0ghz overclock at 1.335v 24/7 with no issues. My RX 570, which was one of the least expensive ones on the market at the time, manages a stable 10% (1420mhz) overclock with a memory overclock of 2100mhz. I've got the thermal limit set to 77c to give it a little thermal headroom to improve longevity. Overall I'm very pleased with the end result. It handles 1080p gaming (Apex Legends, Witcher 3) and light streaming with no issues.
