As for colors, I wanted the LEDs to match the interior of the Wallace Corp headquarters in Blade Runner 2049. This PC is meant to evoke the same feelings, with warm lighting and wood grains, a sharp contrast to the larger world in Blade Runner
Wide-angle shot of the interior. The reservoir is a Radikult custom, I needed to drill some bigger holes in the case to make it fit. It's also _slightly_ tilted towards the front of the case for fitment.
Showing off the "marbled sapele" wood veneer on the motherboard, SSD covers and fan shrouds. I fabricated the fan shrouds out of some acrylic sheets and veneer. I CAD and laser cut them to fit. I intentionally set back the side pieces so light from the fans would leak out the sides
Front shot. I love the Lian Li PC-011 ^-^
Full desktop shot, desk is a solid walnut top I got from a local woodworking shop, finished it myself. All on an Uplift (I think that's the name) standing desk frame.
Original lighting test I setup in Blender while developing the concept.

This build originally started in 2017 as an idea to make a Blade Runner themed PC, styled after the Wallace Corporation from BR2049. I finished the build in 2018 with the original i9-7900x and Asus Prime X299 motherboard. Recently I had my CPU completely die on me, and decided to upgrade to a Ryzen 9 - 5900x. This required an entire tear down and maintenance of the loop and waterblocks, hence the Redux.
I wanted to build the PC that Wallace Corp might produce for their high-class clientele. Capturing the warm colors and wood grain inspired by the internal architecture of their HQ in Blade Runner 2049.
