When I started this build I went for a mysterious kinda theme. I wanted people look in there and ask "What the heck is going on in there?"
I started out with a budget of $900 with plans to add extra stuff later one. I got paid a few weeks after building this and was able to add the Cooler Master AIO and the Intel M.2 drive.
