Black ice
This is my 'dream' computer I built around November 2020, with the money I didnt spend travelling this year due to Covid.
It's the 3rd watercooling loop I built but it was my first with hard tubes. It looks way better but damn how it's annoying and takes a while to do properly for a beginner![Emoji]()
I wanted to go all-in with the watercooling loop, distroplate and everything, in the end I'm very happy with how it turned out.
It took me about one month to get my hands on a 5900x and a RTX3090 after I received all the other components. So I had time to experiment with the loop in my empty case, but the wait was sooo frustrating!
After that I did two changes, first I had to ditch the MysticFog coolant after only 2 weeks of use. It looked awesome but unfortunately it was gunking my whole system very quickly. So I had to do a cleanup and then swapped for some clear fluid.
Second update was more recently (feb '21). I swapped the Vardar X3M fans for some Corsair QL120. The Vardars were developping a very annoying noise which I coulndt be bothered with. The Corsairs are much quieter (and look better imo).
Any comment welcome
Cheers
