Black and white

This is my second time to build a complete system. This time I go for aesthetics in stead of price to performance only.
CPU
I decided to stay on team blue this time. At first I am choosing between 9700k and 2700. I prefer intel because Ryzen seems to have some weird bug here and there according to my friend's experience. However, a 120mm AIO seems impossible to cool down a 9700k so I go for the 9600k. Unfortunately, I seem to get a bad CPU. I even cannot get stable 4.9ghz OC at 1.3V. Finally, I set the CPU to all core 4.7ghz at 1.248V. The CPU max out at 70C in most of the games.
Motherboard
I want to get the ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX at first. However, it is out of stock when I purchased the part. I can only go with the Aorus's one at last.
GPU
I was planning to get the 2070 version of the Seahawk card at first but MSI decide to not having a Seahawk xx70 card in this generation. I can only go for the 2080. I added 100 to the core clock and 1000 to the memory clock. The GPU max out at 70C in most of the games.
AIO and RAM
The main reason of choosing Trident Z ram and the Deepcool AIO is purely for the aesthetics. Also, I can control both of the RGB lighting in the motherboard software, it is a big plus to me. However, I think it is the problem of the AIO cooler, the white light is not purely in white. So I just tune the light on the ram to have a better match. The RGB strip come from the AIO is the perfect match to the case. The length of the strip is the same as the height of the case.
Case fan
I use the Be quiet fan for the GPU and the case, the noctua fan for the CPU. I also mount a additional 15mm noctua fan on the top. I try different fan configs and most of them do not affect the CPU and GPU temperature a lot. All the fan inside the case is set as intake and the 15mm fan on the top is set as exhaust. The additional 15mm fan do nothing to the CPU and GPU temp but it reduce the temp of the M.2 SSD by 10C. The system is complete silent when idling or doing light stuffs. However, it is quite lout under load.
