Brief Background:
First complete build after over a decade hiatus from the PC scene. Repurposed my old Apevia x-cruiser machine to build my girlfriends nephew his first gaming PC and caught the itch to build again myself. Started grabbing parts one by one and went through the struggles of the madness that was parts shortage this past year, yet somehow was crazy lucky enough to be able to snag a 3080FE at retail off Best Buy in mid-October admittedly while trying to snag a Gigabyte Vision card.

Machine:
As far as the machine itself goes, fell in love with the Lian Li 011 Dynamic just like a good number of other people as well as the white aesthetic. Spent a good amount of time hunting down the QL120 fans in white for a price that wasn't outrageously marked up and had to tie in the corsair vengeance ram as well. Thought the NZXT Kraken AIO was awesome, but unfortunately the price had me looking elsewhere. Stumbled upon the white DeepCool castle AIO and the overall clean look and infinity mirror design made it an easy choice. Snagged some white sleeving for the tubes off Amazon which made me so much happier with the look. I wanted an X570 board with WIFI so unfortunately my options were somewhat limited here, really like the clean aesthetic of the Vision B550 motherboard and really liked the ASUS prime X570 for a little more white in the case, but neither seemed to meet my functional needs. Last we have the Auros 1TB SSD which I went with solely for the copper heatsink which I though was such a cool look. All tied in with some white cables from CableMod and drilling out the front support beam for a cleaner look and easier photo taking ability with the glass panels off. Some may notice the fan configuration on the side isn't "optimal". I originally had them set as intake, but aesthetically exhaust looks much nicer there. Case gets a tiny bit dustier than it did before and I haven't noticed much difference in thermals.

Setup:
So far not much to tell here, currently renovating a condo so my desk and overall station setup hasn't really come together just yet but I look forward to being able to create a very clean and inviting setup which ill be sure to update on when the time comes.

Use:
Since it has been over 10 years of any gaming whether it be PC or console, I have a lot to catch up on. Still cannot game as much as I would like, but hit a few popular ones so far such as Forza Horizon 4, Cyberpunk, and some Destiny 2. It is incredible fun playing again and such a wild difference from where things were last I played. Other than that, when I'm not in ICUE screwing around with my color profiles (I'll list current hex values below for those interested) I am dabbling with some video editing for my GoPro videos as well as Lightroom for my photos and just recently got into Blender and Fusion 360 to create some models and designs that I can 3D print.
