This build has come together a little at a time. I started out with the case, CPU cooler, and PSU that I already had (though I'd like to update at some point). The system is a really decent price/performance all AMD build - Ryzen 5 2600 / Radeon RX 590. I went with the RX 590 over the somewhat better value RX 580 because I'm running an ultrawide monitor and wanted the extra headroom and was willing to pay a small price premium. The red & black theme was determined by the specific GPU I purchased. The Corsair red ML fans were chosen for high performance / low idle noise / furthering the color theme.
