First of all, the correct model for this case is the Athena M6. I liked this case a lot. I did a build about a month ago in a different Gamdias case (M2 Lite) and I was not at all impressed with the RGB implementation. When I opened this one the controller looked similar to the last case but it did have an extra connector for PWM control. While I do appreciate the PWM control and it does run much quieter than the last case, it still utilizes a proprietary 8 pin connector that I do not care for one bit. You are limited to only Gamdias brand fans using the stock RGB controller, and only 6 fans max. The case does have room for 2 more at the bottom and I would have put 2 more in had the controller been able to handle it. Another issue I ran into, was when I changed out all the stock fans for Gamdias Aeolus fans. All 6 fans lit up just fine, but the last fan on the chain would not spin. The fan was not defective, the controller just didn't have the power needed to drive it. So what I ended up doing was switching out the fans I used on the AIO for the stock fans that came with the case which DID run fine when all 6 were connected. Overall, IMHO, this is a 5 star case, but, just like the other Gamdias case I previously used, the RGB was not done very well and I absolutely can not stand proprietary connections. If Gamdias switched to a better standard it would be much better. This case would have gotten an overall better review from me, and so wouldn't have the M2 case that I reviewed. So this is why I am settling with a 4 star review on this case. If RGB isn't important to you, or perhaps you have plans for a different type/brand of RGB, then this case is absolutely a 5 star case.
