Bruh, I've tried to install Windows 7 on this thing directly but didn't realize the driver doesn't exist nor supported on win7 installation

And here we are, I've done the fan tuning (lower fan speed), build the whole thing within a day, spend another day for the OS setup and it's windows 11 ready

Okay, just manage to get the VM Workstation Player to work smoothly by inserting this code ulm.disableMitigations = "TRUE" into the .vmx (VMware virtual machine configuration file) and it works like a charm (tho lag sometime could occur as I'm doing multitasking thus the PC itself is underclocked)

Decide to put the DeX Station beside it as the monitor support two HDMI Input thus it's collecting dust in my bedroom Tho it won't bother me to re-route the mouse and keyboard from the PC to the DeX station as I've simplified the cable mess (Fewer cable mess)

Decide to do some fan modding, as there isn't any 3-Pin Female Fan Adapter to 4-Pin Male Molex available in my local shop (it's too rare to find) other than 3-Pin Male Fan Adapter to 4-Pin Male Molex (which is very common)

Welp, that's a tight fit :v Really tight that I have to use the chopstick to operate it (Yes, I know how to use the chopstick as well, and no, my hand won't fit into that gap even with the rear fan removed) In case you're wondering, I'm attempting to modify the front fan (which is using 4-Pin Molex) and combined the rear fan (so both would run at "low rpm" speed) And yes, I've set my motherboard's fan operation mode to voltage instead of PWM, and fan detection disabled

Currently, space in the college hostel room is pretty limited, so I have to temporarily reduce my secondary monitor and spend the last budget on the monitor stand (which has a USB hub beside it) to extend the spacing. Damn, that's a lot of stuff (ignore the clock btw)

RM4k Budget build

Another building project for my own Gaming PC

Like Previous, but limited at RM4000
Though for the underclocking part, I don't think I'd have to do much here?


The new hardware I've spent on this build:

PSU: (Arrive at 20/9/2021, additional info in Update/Log, cost: RM100)

Motherboard: Gigabyte H410M S2 V3 (VGA only)
CPU: I3 10105
RAM: 2x Adata 8GB 2666mhz DDR4 (all bundle as CPU RAM and Mobo combo, cost: RM1250)
Storage: Transcend - TS512GSSD230S 512GB (cost: RM300)

CPU Cooler: All-in-one Old Heatsink Tower (More info in the Pictures description, cost: RM255)

Mouse: Logitech G103 (Need to get a new one as the old one started to have double click issue, cost: RM90) Cooler Master MM730 (as full optical switch + scroll wheels encoder, RM110)
