A great deal of troubleshooting went into this build, not only because the original motherboard I had acquired was faulty, but also because the replacement had to have its bios flashed.
It took a great deal of effort to get a 1080ti to run on an older motherboard, but it took even more effort to use an NVMe M.2 drive that was installed via one of the extra 4x PCIe slots. The bios had to be edited to even recognize the drive at all!
Cable management in a U4 server chassis is, expectedly, not too difficult. I was happy with how the build turned out overall.
For no reason other than my own enjoyment, I cut out a section of the chassis top and replaced it with plexiglass. I find it fun to see a motherboard with two CPUs in it.
