The distro block is from Barrow. I wanted to get one that didn't use a DDC pump, as the case is open a D5 was ideal.
i spent about $50 buying different adapters to make sure the bottom run on the gpu was level. the distroblock obviously was designed for a barrow block
extremely happy how the back turned out
the stock glass panel was wrapped in carbon, then i made a custom panel out of acrylic to extend the glass one so it would cover all the cables
the front silver mesh is custom
the cougar logo on the window was carefully removed
custom, handmade gpu backplate. WTTF is the name of the clients company. its just mirrored acrylic with a design painted on top
This was a custom sideblade that was laser cut and etched
gpu block is from phanteks. been very impressed by all their blocks so far
if you've gotten to this point, i thank you for the interest. its very much appreciated.
the honey comb pattern on the front was done by my mate who paints cars for a living. looks like a simple build but a huge amount of work went into it.
The Conqueror
really happy with how this one turned out, hopefully presentation is a bit better too as i've bought a new camera, light box and back drop. Big build, with a lot of custom bits and a lot of modded parts. not much was unaltered on this Case. First time using a Barrow waterway/distro block and CPU block. was very happy with both, the waterway was perfect and the CPU block performs amazingly well (although the temperature readout is completely worthless). @5.0ghz 1.35volts the 9700k only reaches temperatures of 72C after 30minutes of chinebench runs. Gpu i didn't see it go above 40C. i wasn't expecting the temperatures to be that good as its only running a 360mm + 240mm radiators, guess im too use to 9900k + 2080ti builds.... The biggest thing i believe you should take note of is the back had a LOTTTT of work done to it to make it look neat, cable management in this case is... well i never want to do another cougar build, this one ruined it for me. the carbon warp on the back to hide cables, also a custom panel was done as well for that. I dunno im super happy with how the back turned out. the custom panel looks OEM
Casemods: Repainted case (was done by a friend, professionally done) Removal of front logo Removal of logos on Tempered Glass PSU Cover Rear panel extension Rear tempered glass was wrapped Added Silver Mesh on front and top panels
