Working on ways to defuse the top LED ring more, Motherboard is secure despite what it looks like here.
Project Purity is the *final* quest from Fallout 3, and partly the inspiration for this build.
Full 27mm radiator set up in pull configuration, this allows me to upgrade to a 9th gen CPU in the future.
I used CAD (Computer Aided Design) to create all the 3D printed parts
Along the top: Vault Tech Logo and slogan "Prepare for the Future" On the bottom my gamer tag: DotQ
Top of the case is removable for increased airflow and this little light show.
Addressable RGB from Assus cut to size.
Air intake from the bottom for better thermals.
Air intake on every side and covered with a 3D printed grate.
Stays under 40 c at ideal and stays quiet even under load never touching 80 c.
Holes in the front of the case allow for the graphics card to breathe a little, cheating? Not sure but, in my opinion, it adds a bit of that premium feel we see in purpose-built PC cases. While also keeping GPU temps down.
Opening designed into the case to mount various size radiators.

Project Purity
Inspired by Luke from Linus Tech Tips, I took his idea of building a PC inside the Fallout 3 Collectors Edition Anthology to its logical conclusion. A mean build with the thermals to support upgrades down the line. Like Luke, I was able to CAD most of the components and justify my purchases by seeing how they fit in the virtual space. However, unlike the original and its subsequent successors by various fans, I also packed in an AIO cooler which compromises the smooth look of the back for the modded aesthetic you see in the games. I am very happy with how it turned out, and I'm continuing to make improvements, thanks for your consideration!
