This is my second watercooled build after dismissing the ASUS Aura Sync Project. I decided to go for Mini ITX on the form factor, and as I remembered the launch of t he Phanteks Enthoo series Shift X case some five years ago, so this was the case I wanted to go for. I bought it used, but in good shape and began to build the project. The cooling part is external, so this build is a mix of hard and soft tubing.

The water loop is handmade and micro-fitted into this case for this specific hardware. It took me almost two weeks including ordering parts and waiting, though making small progress each day. This was hard and frustrating to build, because my initial plan did not work out as I wanted it, so I had to move things around and think out of the box (which is literal in this case!)

However, it turned out wonderful, super compact, elegant and nice to look at. It is of superiour build quality with parts from alphacool, watercool, ASUS, intel, G.Skill, Seasonic, be!quiet and Crucial. None of this was sponsored or donated.



There is still a PSU shroud missing (which was missing on the used case and I have to build one my own) and because of the small form factor I will also have to do custom cables. The GPU will be replaced in the near future with a more recent model.
