CAD model so far. Many changes likely to come as I more accurately model all the parts.
Just look at the size of that thing! Should have no problem cooling everything with all that surface area!

Rear access panel for hard drives. Up to 2 3.5" drives and 5 2.5" drives. Model shows 3 drives, but one will be taken up by a PCIe Sata card. PSU cutout needs to be modeled.
Cutouts below the motherboard for clean wire routing.
Rear view. Still need to work out the right location for the PSU fan cutout, PSU is not modeled yet because it's in my current system.
Rear panel removed. A little crowded, but it shouldn't be too bad. The RAD is offset from the fans with a custom 3/4" spacer so the back of the RAD mates with the back panel. This will also give a little extra room between the fans and the RAD for more cohesive air flow.
Picked up some beautiful pieces of Red Oak for this project! Tool kit on top to help settle out the bow so I don't have to remove too much material to flatten it.
Front Panel cut out! Still need to do the finish work, IE radius and chamfer the edges, sanding, clear coat, etc.
Rear view. The biscuits show, unfortunately, I can fill those in. Won't be able to see them anyways, even when the case is open, due to the fans.
Gluing the two 1x12s together.
Cutting out the fan hole. Screwed down to the spoil board so it could be cut out without using tabs. Nice!
