Acrylic panels for the lettering on the car and the Trueno logo. I later added paint along the bottom of the front panel to make the design wrap around more smoothly
I make all my own custom cables with MDPC-X sleeving, materials sourced from Titan Rig
AIO shroud painted white and the tubing covered with CableMod sleeving to match the overall theme. The rear panel near the front of the case is an eyesore, so I covered it with an acrylic panel. Also customized the GPU support bracket by uphere!
The K240 is an affordable version of the LCD screen coolers. I've used it a few times, performs well and looks nice.
To me the SL120s are a little reminiscent of the headlights on the car the build is modeled after.
This panel covers the mesh panel for the lower chamber, but it didn't seem to affect the temps at all, probably because I didn't use fans in the lower part of the case.
Obligatory cable management shot. Lian Li makes it too easy with their panels that cover the rear.
Custom acrylic light panel with the show logo, as well as an image of the main character. The rear of the case is visible in his office, so the rear deserved as much attention as the front.
Toyota AE86 Trueno from Initial D
Recent build inspired by the anime Initial D. Client's main usage is gaming/streaming, this was his first real PC. I used paint and a lot of acrylic panels for most of the mods, with some help from my daughter who is a digital artist. Other than stencil cutter, everything is hand made.
