Absolutely love this little take out panel for adding drives, really sleek.
Sleek.
This case has an alternate top cover, which presumably stops more sound (it has a sound isolation pad) but allows dust to enter more than this dust cover.

Starter Gaming PC / 'Passing on the Torch'
Ah yes, my little old 1050 ti. It has powered my gaming adventures even since I got it in 2017, but it has been showing its age as of late, but with the current market, getting a new one is kinda tricky (or expensive). I did however, promise this card to a friend of mine who wanted to start with PC gaming. After a while, she straight up just asked if I could build the entire PC for her, and that's the build you are seeing currently.
My aim for this build was to build a sleek white/black gaming PC, that fell within a 800 euro budget. I wanted to make a build that was tuned to the fact it would be powered by a 1050 ti, but also future proof enough that a new mid range card could easily be dropped in. My friend also did not need any bells or whistles (no RGB for instance) so that meant that I could make a very well balanced build. Luckily my friend will not be playing very intensive games (minecraft, stardew valley, those types a games)
A 3600X may not be the most recent or fastest CPU, but it is still a very quick little CPU, that can be decently cooled by the stock cooler. If my friend ever wants to upgrade however, I will advise a better cooler, and maybe give it a slight overclock.
The rest of the build is a melange of future proofing mid range components, 16 GBs of fast ram, a decent motherboard from Asrock, a good power supply from Corsair, all SSD storage (which is what I would recommend anyone to do, its just better) and all packed into a really sleek case from Be Quiet!.
In the end I think she is going to be very happy with this pc, its quick, its sleek, and its capable of being upgraded in the future, if the need arises. My little old 1050 ti will be powering someone else's gaming adventures from now on, and I could not be happier about that.
If you change the 1050 ti with a 1660 ti or a 3060 (or any other mid range card, a 6700 XT could work too), this build would be a very nice, no nonsense starter gaming PC.
