Sou Policial Militar no brasil e trabalhei nas operacoes especiais do paraná/brasil chamada de RONE. Para esse projeto pensei em fazer um robo que lembrasse o ED-209 do filme ROBOCOP.
Para isso utilizei o programa sketchup para projetar o desenho.
I am a Military Police Officer in Brazil and I worked in the special operations of the paraná / brazil called RONE. For this project I thought of doing a robot that would resemble the ED-209 from the movie ROBOCOP.
For this I used the sketchup program to design the drawing.
Resolvi trabalhar com acrilico para suportar o peso da estrutura, e para dar forma utilizei PVC expandido. Depois de terminar de realizar o projeto, comprei uma cnc router e utilizei o Skechucam para realizar os cortes. fiz os recortes e depois dava acabamento com lixa e tupia. depois colei as partes com superbonde e reforcei a estrutura com cola plastica.
I decided to work with acrylic to support the weight of the structure, and to shape I used expanded PVC. After completing the project, I bought a cnc router and used the Skechucam to perform the cuts. I made the cutouts and then finished with sandpaper and tupia. then glued the parts with superbonde and reinforced the structure with plastic glue.
Tive de criar um block processador pois não tinha no brasil.
I had to create a block processor because I did not have it in Brazil.
comecei a pintar as pecas e montar. usei a cor aluminio para parecer metal e preto para a parte principal.
I began to paint the parts and assemble. I used the color aluminum to look like metal and black for the main part.
e por fim a montagem e teste finais .
and finally final assembly and testing.
