Project: NightHawk

Description
About the end of winter 2018, I started to look into building my own PC. After looking for a while I found a good $700 budget one. (or so I thought)

With the $700 one I was going to use a Ryzen 1600 with a 1050 2GB. Now that I look at it it would have been horrible for what I wanted to use it for. I found it off of a random website I can't remember. Then I found pc part picker.

The day I found PCPP everything changed. I was making new parts lists every day trying to see what I could get for what price. It took me a few months to figure out exactly what I wanted for my PC. With help from the forum on it and after asking many questions I came out with this.

NightHawk

One thing I must address is that I named my pc before I saw the name of my ram. I chose the ram for the looks, not the name.

The Parts

Everything was bought of the course of a few months to lessen the bulk cost.

CPU: I originally bought a 1600 but went for this because of it being newer.

COOLER: It was suggested by a forum user and it was the right price so I bought it.

MOTHERBOARD: I like the Aorus line so this was a good choice and also it is future proofing build somewhat.

RAM: As soon as I saw it I knew that those were the sticks I needed. They look slick in real life.

GPU: Right time right cost.

CASE: The two fans in the front sold me. Plus only 1 screw to get the side off.

PSU: Wanted to get the best to make it last.

CHAIR: I love it it's awesome. I had an old IKEA chair but my back would hurt every time I would sit on it so I got this one.

MONITOR: I was thinking of getting a large curved monitor but decided on these because of the price and thinness.
