I built my Computer in to a Desk custom making all the mounting points and access ports in the desk.
Also made a Plexiglas cover, front and rear plates to mount the fans and rear IO too.
The monitors are also mounted to the desk and as they aren't all the same brand they are all the same size and resolution.
The whole build Took about 3 days from start to finish once I had all of the parts.
The cooling is a combination of AIO and air.
