Built for 3D Modeling and Design, as well as light animation. Although the new RTX cards are out, I stuck with my 1080ti because it makes more sense for me. The 8 cores and 16 threads of the Ryzen 7 2700x are great for what I do, and this processor is unmatched at its price point. Please feel free to let me know what you think!
