First custom water cooled build with 4090FE

Excited to share my first ever custom water cooling build with the community. I’m happy with the performance, noise profile and aesthetics. The open chassis (Barrowch AF1) design means there are no obstructions for air. It puts the components on full display. I’m able to get 2955Mhz VCore and +1700Mhz Memory OC with the 4090FE (on air I could only do 2900Mhz Core). I’m using a custom fan curve based on coolant temp with Rem0o FanControl. During gaming loads, fans stay around 40%. It runs very quiet during regular gaming loads.

Temps:

CPU Gaming Temp: 55C avg

GPU Gaming Temp: 45-50C avg (max 60C with Furmark pulling 570W)

Coolant Temp: 25C idle, 33C max

Ambient Temp: 23C

Pump: 75% Fixed

Fans: Custom curve set with Rem0o FanControl

Watercooling Components:

CPU and GPU Block: EK Velocity 2 and Vector 2 (GPU block is non ABP)

Pump: EK Quantum Kinetic TBE 200 D5

Radiator: 3x Corsair XR7 360mm

Fans: Phanteks T30

Fittings: Bitspower 12mm Hardline Fittings + some Barrow connectors

Tubing: Corsair 12mm Satin Hardline Tube
