A Ship of Theseus:

2017 - it was bought originally for CAD purposes for uni work, but of course being a gamer I had plans for it of my own.
It came pre-built, with an i3-4170, ASUS H81M-D and GTX 650. The case was a generic Xigmatek M-ATX and the monitor was a 720p BenQ GL. Peripherals were standard office A4techs.
An on these rocks I've built my empire.

I've changed out a lot of parts and components ever since.
First purchase was shortly after, when I got myself some cheap Chinese knockoff peripherals which of course didn't last long
Then I used a hand-me-down 1080p Samsung monitor, which I'm hoping to use again as a secondary vertical mount.
After that; 2018 I bought a Palit StormX 1050Ti. My first footstep into performance.

Since then, the first proper mouse I got was a Logitech G300s. It took some getting used to its ergonomics as it's more compact compared to the average mouse.
The first proper headset was a Fantech HG14. A local Philippine brand but with decent build quality.
Then, I got an E-Element Z88 full size mechanical keyboard. Something that may well stick with me for years and years.
It's a hotswappable, Outemu Blue. Recently capped with steel typewriter keycaps.
At one point, I also used a 2008 case, called Thermaltake V3 Black which had poor cable management and no cable routes at all.

Currently, I'm nearing the completion, I'd say, of this build.
With some more recent purchases and replacements; a new Razer Viper mouse, a new processor, new motherboard, new RAM sticks, new graphics card, new NVMe M.2, new power supply, new case, new microphone, new PC table, new PC speakers, new 165hz curved monitor, new custom PSU cables, custom diy copper RAM heatsinks, new case fans and a new tower air cooler, and modding the LED lighting on my GPU, is it even the same PC anymore?
At the heart is the same Seagate HDD I've had since 2017.
